While we enforce strict verification standards, contracts and final service deliveries are executed between the user and the vendor.
3. Price Beat Guarantee Conditions
Our Lowest Tariff and Price Beat Guarantee applies to official written quotes from verified venues and vendors for identical event dates, package inclusions, and guest counts. Claims must be submitted prior to signing booking contracts.
4. Intellectual Property & User Content
All branding, interactive planning tools algorithms, calculators, design systems, and editorial reviews on Eventplannerindia are protected by intellectual property laws. Photos uploaded by couples and vendors remain their property with platform display licenses.
